Waylon Jennings: When I first worked with Waylon, I was told this would be his first shoot sober in decades. Sounded like a party to me so I put him in a tuxedo and jeans. My wife Marsha cracked him up with jokes I won’t repeat here, but suffice it to say, we all had a grand time.
The photographs from just this one shoot became 2 album covers and used as countless publicity images.
He was a good man and we appreciated his friendship over the years.
