Is it a painting? Is it a photograph?
Perhaps the question is.... how does it make you feel? Can you feel the sand between your toes? Does the sunlight warm your face? Do you wish you were there? Could you walk into the image and wrap yourself in the depth and clarity of the artist's vision? If so, then join the many who have discovered the art of light as created by Wayne Williams. Wayne Williams is a Photo Artist who has created a unique series of images that express his love for nature in landscapes that are powerfully serene. Williams works with light and film in today's contemporary darkroom with the same care and skill as a painter works with brush and canvas, or a sculptor works with knife, clay or wax. When you own a Wayne Williams original (Giclée) limited edition Watercolor, you are investing in a distinctively personal visual image that will light up any room and bring the importance of the environment and its preservation directly into your everyday world. Creating these images, Wayne Williams draws from two decades of experience working with many clients such as Nissan and The Walt Disney Company, where he created visual interpretations of the magic and wonder that you recognize at the core of such creative companies. Beginning with a vision, Wayne searches out the perfect location and relishes in the excitement of capturing on film the singular magic moment that nature and light provide. Then, after working with his skills in today's state of the art darkroom, he finally outputs the images on an Iris Printer, producing the final watercolor on cotton fiber paper (where every square inch is filled with tens of thousands of droplets of watercolor ink). The resulting creation is of exquisite beauty only surpassed by nature itself. Wayne not only enjoys creating his own images, but thrives on collaborating with clients to create commissioned works of their own special locations as well. Wayne Williams' stunning creations have vaulted landscape photo imagery
beyond the basics of photography and into the world of fine photo artistry.
